What is your favorite thing about tap dance?
The joy of movement combined with the rhythm of the music.
Who is your favorite tap dancer and why?
Gregory Hines because he introduced me to a whole new world of tap dance that I hadn’t experienced before.
What are your favorite hobbies, other than dance?
Playing games with my family and friends.
Do you have a favorite tap dance step? What is it/why?
I love drawbacks – they have always been a fun step for me.
What is your favorite performance you have ever been a part of?
Performing in Disneyland. It was surreal to be dancing on a stage in The Happiest Place in Earth.
What is your favorite thing about being a member of a tap dance company?
The sense of community and support from the company members.
What things influence your tap dance style?
The music, my emotions, and things I have learned or worked on most recently.
What future goals do you have for yourself?
I want to keep tap dancing until I am 100 years old!
